HLBellevino asked: This would have been 25+ years ago, so on NBC, CBS, or ABC. I remember watching these horror movie marathons on maybe Sat or Sun mornings or early afternoon with my grandpa. The “host” was a guy with a face painted on his chin, head upside down, and the rest of his face and body was covered with a vampire costume I think. I haven’t been able to find anything on line. Anyone remember this?

Alexandra asked: I use the word sissy reluctantly because i can’t think of another word for a male tomboy. But I can think of movies and books where girls act tomboyish and it is always seen as cute or positive or fun, but you hardly ever see the opposite for guys… is this because it is frowned upon so much, or is it because people do want to encourage tomboyism but not the opposite for boys or does it just show bias in the way we see different people. Just wondering how others see this or even if they noticed.

lemmon pie asked: okay so he’s my best guy friend, we talk on the phone for like 3 hours a day. but i like him as more than a friend. & i recently asked him if he wanted to go see a movie with me. [[we've never hung out before... we've attempted to hang out but something has always happened, like one of us was busy, etc.]] so yeah, we’re going to the movies… i was just wondering. if a guy you’re good friends with wants to go to the movies with you & you ALONE does he just consider it as just two friends kickin it at the movies or an actual “date”?
