Is it normal to always root for the bad guys in movies?

haha yes i think so !! i think it has something to do with the fact that it seems more fake in the movies and you konw that its not real and you kind of secretly wish you’d love to just be free with no rules and laws etc .. exactly how they just blow them off.
It depends on the movie. In Disney movies and stuff the bad guys are more comical than evil, so you kind of like them. As well, the bad guys in most movies are usually at a disadvantage, so you feel like you have to stand up for them.
