Jessi L asked:

We discussed something like this in human sexuality class and we were told that the death scenes in the movies have a sexual base.

Probably on her bed so it looks like the guy screwed her to death. Or maybe if he is into ***********. This would be really sick though.

If you are referring to body part then I think that would be her heart so it appears that she died from a broken heart????

There is nothing **** about murder so I don’t see how this could have a sexual base unless it’s something really *********.

I see what you mean. Usually a death scene involves a bullet or knife penetrating the body.

I’m reminded of Alan Moore, writer of “From Hell”. He was talking in an interview about how he was avoiding the usual scene of a girl running away from a dark shadowy figure in an alley. He called it “pornography”. Unfortunately, they did exactly that for the movie adaptation of “From Hell”. I’ve never watched it– the graphic novel was too good to even watch that.

Anyway, I think we get off in a different way. In a more sadistic way than sexual. It’s more of the other side of the coin of sexuality– like there is fight or flight, or how there is little difference between crying and laughing (it’s a very interesting acting exercise), or how the look of sexual pleasure is similar to the expression of horrendous pain.

But to answer your question, a sadistic/sexual place, or way to die is in one’s own home. I suggest watching this Japanese film called “The Audition” by Miike Takashi. You’ll know what I mean by sadistic/sexual when you get to the end.

Yeah , it’s something related with orgasm-death - tanathos is there.

Traditionally, It is in the belly/ navel region. Although considered unspoken taboo, look closely when a woman is shot or stabbed in the movies . Where do they clutch? around their navel. Yet, you never see the actual wound in relation to the umbilicus implying that it is a taboo. Why is it a taboo? it is a belly button. Why can’t it be wounded just like anywhere else and shown? LOL.
