u can start by sitting next to hm real close and u can every once in a while or when u notice he is looking at you, u look at him and u come half way. if he wants to kiss u he will come the other half. but the chances are slim since u2 are going out but who knows what will happen.
well if you both feel romantic enough lean over and give him a smooch

In the movies, when you sit next to him get closer, once in a while make a comment about the movie in his ear or very close to his face, when his turn his face to answer or comment back don’t move so you and him are face to face and your lips are so close to his. The next step you should live it to him, if he wants to kiss you he will do it. It will be a lot easier since you already came 90%, just let him finish the 10% and mmmuaaa
on the cheek anything more ofr someone shy would embarres them, and its not too trashy, making out in public is nasty and no self respect
