this would depend on how well she knows him and how high his hand goes. most guys will go higher and higher unless she moves her hand as this will tell him no also it would depend on the girls feelings about this as its her choice.
i think touching a girls leg is cute. my boyfriend does it all the time, whether slowly rubbing or just keeping his hand there… i take it as a sign that he’s telling everyone that he’s with me and i’m his… it’s almost like a territory thing ( i don’t wanna sound like girls belong to men, because i don’t think that at all ) it just means he’s letting everyone know that he’s got you.
